A huge thank you to our fantastic Operations Manager, Victoria, who has worked at Earls Colne Airfield for 25 years!
She started off as a volunteer (not knowing anything about aviation!) but soon became a very important part of the team.
Some of Vic’s highlights include watching people come through the door, take their first lesson and then go on to become airline pilots, as well as watching her daughter go solo. Vic says she has made some great friends during her time here who have all become her extended family.
